ACDA Joins European Project to Rethink Career Guidance

We’re pleased to announce that our Executive Director now serves on the Management Committee of the COST Action project, Critical Perspectives on Career and Career Guidance (COCAG), representing Albania. Running for four years, this European project brings together career practitioners, researchers, and policymakers from across Europe and beyond to explore how career guidance can better respond to today’s changing world.

COCAG focuses on understanding the challenges that are reshaping careers and on supporting public policy and guidance practices to adapt. The project aims to answer key questions: How are careers changing? How can policymakers respond to new challenges? And how can career guidance take a more critical and responsive approach?

With a commitment to capacity building, COCAG especially supports young researchers, helping them build international networks; and promoting knowledge sharing between policymakers and practitioners.

Through this presence, ACDA will work on inclusive, innovative career practices for Albania, advancing our association’s mission to build stronger, fairer career development opportunities.
