The education counseling sector in Albania is currently disorganized, making it difficult to provide effective guidance to students. We aim to bring order to this sector by creating better counseling systems that meet students’ needs more effectively.

There is also a shortage of career counseling centers, and even where they do exist, there are not enough career counselors to meet the demand. This situation puts significant pressure on the few existing centers and leads to less effective career guidance. We are working to address this issue by increasing the number of career counseling resources and expanding our network of support.
