The Albania Career Development Association (ACDA) organized a networking event yesterday, gathering career counselors and students from Albanian universities. ACDA is Albania’s first national association of career development professionals, founded by a group of passionate professionals in career counseling, education, training, and employment. The association emerged from the need for specialized guidance for young people and anyone seeking direction on the path to a successful career and appropriate integration into the job market.
